WE ARE HIRING: Human Resources & Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources & Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team! In this dual role, you will champion workplace wellness, ensure compliance with safety, and foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally safe environment.

 The Role:
• Human Resources: Manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy.
• Health & Safety: Develop and implement safety programs and policies, conduct workplace inspections.

 Who We Are Looking For:
• Must-Have: A strong background and proven experience in human relations.
• Experience: 3 years of combined experience in HR and Health & Safety would be an asset.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution abilities and cultural competency
• Certifications: diploma or degree in a connected/related field would be an asset
