Alarm Systems Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and technical troubleshooting?
Join our team as an Alarm Systems Specialist, where you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and ensure their security systems are functioning seamlessly.
+ Essential Job Functions
- Customer Account Management: Add, modify, or remove users/accounts as needed.
- Monitoring Coordination: Work with our distributor, Northern 911, to ensure alarm monitoring services are running smoothly.
- Billing & Payments: Handle customer invoicing, process payments, and manage account renewals.
- Onsite Repairs & Updates: Visit customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade alarm systems.
- System Support: Provide guidance and technical support to customers regarding their alarm systems.
+Education and Experience
- Experience in alarm systems, security, or a related technical field (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment processing
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- A valid driver's license
+ Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
