Position Requirements: 

● Able to work hands on

 ● Related field experience is an asset 

● Bilingual 

● Strong communication skills 

● Ability to work in a team and independently, take initiative and organizational skills 

● Must demonstrate an aptitude for learning new technologies, must work systematically and efficiently, and must demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic 

● 40 hours work week, work hours may vary depending on customer’s needs

Salary: 

● 40,000$ - 55,000$ based on experience, education and skills

Key Responsibilities: 

●Assist Field Technician with installing and troubleshooting cable and telecommunications systems within businesses in commercial settings 

● Operate and drive vehicles to various customer location 

● Inspect, test, and repair cable signals and replace faulty cables and associated equipment 

●Install, connect, disconnect and relocate cable outlets 

● Evaluate the customers services and equipment to verify that they are working within the specifications 

● Work at heights and on ladders is required 

● Always maintain professionalism, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy to portray the company in a positive manner

 ● Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times 

● Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge 

● Educate customer on how to use the products/services installed 

● Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services and products 

● Participate in any required company training 

● Document and close all tickets to provide a record of work completed
